e-Toke - an electronic THC online knowledge experience

The Electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience is a web-based questionnaire for students to gain insight into the effects of cannabis on their health.

The questionnaire is anonymous, confidential, and takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Questions will include demographic information, frequency of cannabis consumed and negative consequences related to consumption. After the information is submitted, you will be provided with personalised feedback on your cannabis consumption.

Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any stage. No identifying data will be recorded. All information that is collected will be used to further enhance the services of the Health Promotion Team at the UWA Medical Centre.

Complete the E-toke, print off or save the Certificate of Completion and email to health_promotion@admin.uwa.edu.au or drop it into the Medical Centre in the box provided with a first name, email address and contact phone nubmber and you will go in the draw to win some great prizes!
